This fabric is so cute and perfect for Christmas. The hair scrunchie is made out of light blue cotton. The cotton has blue and white snowflake print on it. This would be the perfect item for a stocking stuffer. I use the smaller elastic so these hair scrunchies are perfect for multiple hair types.
